Final Sale on Custom Items

All custom-made apparel is final sale. Because these items are personalized specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake on our part.

Eligible Returns

We will only accept returns or issue replacements if:

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • There is a manufacturing error (wrong size, color, design, or personalization not matching your order confirmation)

How to Report an Issue

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect or error

We’ll review the case and respond within 2–3 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Correctly made custom orders (even if you change your mind)

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Orders with customer-provided errors (e.g., misspelled names, wrong size selected)

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we begin production and cannot make changes.

Customer Responsibility

Please double-check:

  • Spelling

  • Sizes

  • Design choices

before placing your order. We are not liable for errors submitted by the customer.
